Shipping & delivery

Delivery time

We deliver across India in 5–7 days from the day your payment is confirmed. Pieces stitched to your measurements need extra time; we’ll tell you the date on chat before you pay.

Festive seasons and remote pin codes can add a few days. We’ll keep you posted on WhatsApp if anything changes.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,100. For smaller orders, we share the shipping charge on chat before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Payment

All orders are prepaid by UPI. We don’t offer cash on delivery. You pay only after we’ve confirmed availability and fit with you on WhatsApp or Instagram.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we send the courier tracking link on the same chat.
