7-day exchange

You can exchange a piece within 7 days of delivery for another size or another design, as long as it is:

• Unused, unwashed and unaltered
• With all tags and the original packaging

No refunds

We offer exchanges only, not refunds.

Stitched to measure

Pieces stitched to your measurements can’t be exchanged. If the fit isn’t right, tell us within 7 days and we’ll help with alterations.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. An unboxing video helps us sort it out quickly.

How to request an exchange

Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your Product ID and a photo of the piece. We’ll share the return address and shipping details on chat.
